What can you do in a minute?
Ever say to yourself "I just don't have any time for exercise"?
Can't get to the recommended 30 minutes of physical activity in a day?
Well try one of the following, they are easy, require little to no equipment, and you only have to do them for about a minute to help increase the amount of physical activity you do in one day.
You could do:
push ups
sit ups
planks
v-sits
step-ups
wall sits
walk around the room
run up and down the stair
jumping jacks
pull ups on a chair
sweep the floor
move some boxes
skip
gallop
slide
run in place
hold soup cans above your head
